Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will report to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible and accountable for ensuring administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, policies, procedures, services and programs are realized in accordance with BGCTNV's priorities. This position will provide human resource and talent management service support to leaders and employees. This position will ensure all employee personnel records and reporting practices are followed to meet Department of Education, Department of Labor, and all compliance requirements. The position is responsible for providing effective support in all aspects of the talent management cycle including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits, development, and exiting.
