Job Summary:

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. This position's primary focus is on mechanical equipment associated with manufacturing systems and components but could also be applied to an array of plant control systems.

What You Will Do:

• Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC & Siemens)
• Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machines.
• Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws.
• Support with scheduling PMs, reading reports, diagrams, and drawings.
• Working knowledge of tool probing function for CNC Machines.
• Able to work with complex CNC machine's up to & including 5 Axis.
• Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines.
• Identify and replace parts as necessary.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance companies to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
• Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
• In conjunction with production team, will support continuous improvement of development of PM instructions and schedules to prevent failures.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Other duties as assigned in Mechanical Maintenance such as HVAC, Chilled Water, pump replacement, etc...

We'd Love To Hear From People With:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 10+ years' experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the following:
  • Mori Seiki Milling machines
  • Mori Seiki Lathes & Millturn machines
  • Fanuc Robots

• Currently possess or can obtain and maintaining a "Q" security clearance

This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
