We're looking for a proactive, solutions-driven Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on high-impact commercial projects. What You'll Be Doing Own the Field You're the boots-on-the-ground leader. You'll manage daily jobsite operations, subcontractors, materials, and ensure that everything runs smoothly-from the first footing to final finish. Run the Schedule You'll lead 4-week lookahead planning, align with project schedules, and work hand-in-hand with the PM team to stay ahead of the curve. Keep It Safe, Clean, and Built Right You set the tone for jobsite safety, cleanliness, and accountability. You'll walk the site daily with purpose and use tools like Procore to document everything that matters. Lead Inspections with Confidence From internal trade overlaps to third-party site inspections, you'll be the steady hand that ensures everything is verified, prepped, and passed the first time. Communicate with Clarity You'll be the hub between trades and the office. Whether it's RFIs, submittals, or punch lists, you'll keep the flow of information clean and clear. What You Bring 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily and/or commercial construction projects A talent for organization and field logistics A high level of accountability and leadership under pressure Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specs, and scheduling Proficiency in Procore or similar project management platforms Familiarity with building codes, safety compliance, and inspection processes Bonus points: OSHA 30, experience with large-scale builds, love for checklists Why You'll Love Working Here Real Responsibility, Real Impact: You'll make decisions that matter and see the results in real-time.
