The Senior Consultant for Strategic Execution plays a crucial role in orchestrating key transformation initiatives within the Merchant Payment Services sector. By collaborating closely with senior leadership and diverse cross-functional teams, this position drives enterprise-wide projects focused on improving customer experiences, operational effectiveness, and organizational sustainability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the execution of impactful and complex transformation initiatives.
- Acting as both Program and Project Manager throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborating with business leaders, technology experts, and operations teams to define project scopes, design innovative solutions, and drive successful implementation.
- Taking ownership of any change failures, conducting comprehensive root cause analyses, and developing effective remediation strategies.
- Creating and delivering compelling executive-level presentations that clearly outline project impacts, associated risks, and strategic alignments.
- Simplifying complex project initiatives into actionable insights for both leadership and front-line teams.
- Encouraging a solution-oriented mindset within your team, fostering an environment of innovation and resilience.
- Ensuring thorough governance and accurate documentation of manual processes as well as future automation strategies.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least six years of relevant experience.

The salary range for this role is $105,400.00 - $124,000.00, reflecting figures based on the primary location mentioned. Actual compensation may vary based on the location of the role.
