Job Description:

As a Senior Consultant for Post Merger Integration within Crowe's Operational Transaction Advisory practice, you will lead intricate integration initiatives throughout the Merger and Acquisition process. Collaborating closely with private equity firms and corporate leaders, your focus will be on effectively managing integration execution encompassing pre-close due diligence, realization of synergies, and operational stabilization post-close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Private Equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze, plan, and implement M&A transactions.
  • Lead or support Integration Management Office (IMO) workstreams for complex, multi-functional, and cross-border transactions including synergy realization, day 1 readiness, executive reporting, integration roadmap, communications, and organizational design.
  • Define comprehensive integration roadmaps and establish governance frameworks with client leadership.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables for executives, such as dashboards, status updates, and synergy tracking reports.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, assertiveness, and a willingness to embrace new challenges in a dynamic environment, exhibiting significant independence to drive successful outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3-6 years of relevant professional industry or consulting experience required.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services environments is preferred; M&A experience a plus but not mandatory.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following domains: Operations, HR / Organizational Design, Finance & Accounting Operations, or ERP Implementation.
  • Proven project management skills; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Strong analytical skills, including expertise in business process mapping and quantitative analysis.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%, depending on client needs and locations.

The salary range for this role considers various factors including skillsets, experience, training, and specific business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,500.00 - $157,600.00 per year.
