Work Status: 5-day, 8-hour employment, Monday-Sunday between 07:30-23:30

Education: Paid, in a fixed morning schedule (09:00-17:00)

Work Model: Remote Work

What You Will Need To Do:

• Service existing customer database with the aim of management, understanding, and recording requests
• Provide detailed updates and information on account issues to company customers
• Maintain the existing active contribution to the relationship of trust and good cooperation that governs the company and its customer base, based on customer-centric approach and personal communication with each customer
• Effective and timely update of the database (CRM) after each call as well as careful record keeping

What We Are Looking For:

• High School Graduate
• Previous experience in a similar customer service role ideal (not required)
• Excellent communication skills & customer-centric approach
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Ease in using computers
• Teamwork and spirit of cooperation
