Engineering Manager
ROUTE06(???????) is a DX partner, supporting major companies in transforming their business models.
ROUTE06 provides an enterprise-level business API platform, "Plain," and supports agile business development, realizing the platformization of commercial transactions and contributing to the creation of new corporate value.
The products developed include mall-type EC, OMO store, marketplace, and more, with business phases ranging from startup to growth.
ROUTE06's engineering manager is tasked with creating a space where engineers can thrive through the establishment of engineer organization systems and the resolution of organizational challenges.
Required Requirements
- Experience in managing engineers
- Experience in developing web applications
- High communication skills for interdepartmental coordination and engineer mentoring
Preferred Requirements
- Project management experience
- Experience in planning and continuously improving engineer recruitment strategies and attracting candidates
- Experience in formulating and operating a training system for both new and experienced hires
