Engineering Manager

ROUTE06(???????) is a DX partner, supporting major companies in transforming their business models.

ROUTE06 provides an enterprise-level business API platform, "Plain," and supports agile business development, realizing the platformization of commercial transactions and contributing to the creation of new corporate value.

The products developed include mall-type EC, OMO store, marketplace, and more, with business phases ranging from startup to growth.

ROUTE06's engineering manager is tasked with creating a space where engineers can thrive through the establishment of engineer organization systems and the resolution of organizational challenges.

Required Requirements

• Experience in managing engineers
• Experience in developing web applications
• High communication skills for interdepartmental coordination and engineer mentoring

Preferred Requirements

• Project management experience
• Experience in planning and continuously improving engineer recruitment strategies and attracting candidates
• Experience in formulating and operating a training system for both new and experienced hires
