Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the organization's end users in a timely and professional manner via direct interaction, remote desktop, telephone, and email.
  • Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade Windows PC hardware and software.
  • Create / modify employee accounts in Active Directory.
  • Assign appropriate security permissions and access to software, as authorized by management-level / supervisory staff.
  • Accurately document resolutions of issues in help desk ticketing system.
  • Test / deploy new OS images.
  • Assist IT team to ensure efficient operation of the organization's IT environment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory database for tracking all IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to assist with infrastructure upgrades and transitions.
  • Manage the organization's anti-virus end-point security software.
  • Provide support with complex projects as requested by IT administrators.
