Under general supervision, responsible for defining, implementing, and supporting software applications, and interfacing with end-users and other IT groups to identify and resolve application issues. Ensure that IT applications are functional, available, and meet organization standards and end-user requirements. This includes testing software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects and verification that software functionality meets vendors and/or internal documentation. Determine root cause of application problems, coordinate solutions among appropriate teams, and document resolution.
