Job Description

Lead on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to final punch list.

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

Conduct daily site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.

Monitor quality control and resolve field issues proactively.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.

Proven ability to lead field teams and manage subcontractors effectively.

Proficiency with construction technology (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).

OSHA 30 certification preferred.
