KidStrong Assistant General Managers are the second in command when it comes to the center. It's the responsibility of the Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager on fostering a culture of learning and development for both their coaches and families that attend the center and delivering key business results such as sales performance and lowering member attrition. The Assistant General Manager is a talented, welcoming, and engaging leader who is focused on delivering an exceptional experience for the kids, families, and team members.

This position will not have any direct reports. When the General Manager is off, the Assistant General Manager will be the Manager on Duty. The Assistant General Manager will be a leader and mentor so communication and interpersonal skills are important. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with center team members and families. This position will also interact with leadership and KidStrong, Inc. HQ team members.
