Job Summary:
The Afterschool/Summer Ministry Program Development Director has the responsibility to define a dynamic, Christ-centered program model operating across multiple sites that integrates transformational Christian discipleship, strong academic enrichment focused on tutoring and learning acceleration, and comprehensive health and physical education into an afterschool/summer setting. Anchored in a matrix model, this role guides and equips site leaders to ensure consistent delivery of a high-impact, holistic youth experience. Acting as the ministry's lead developer and chief advocate, the Director shapes the program's direction, supports continuous improvement, and represents the ministry both internally and externally ensuring the afterschool/summer program reflects the mission, excellence, and heart of Emerald Youth.
