About the Job:
The Mobile Equipment Administrator is a critical administrative and analytical role responsible for supporting the entire lifecycle of the organization's mobile equipment fleet, from capital planning and acquisition to disposition and inventory management. This position works closely with the local Mobile Equipment Managers, Area Operations Managers (AOMs), and various corporate and site-level personnel to ensure efficient equipment sourcing, management of the Capital Asset Financial Expenditure (CAFE) process, component exchange tracking, and accurate reporting to support strategic operational decisions.
What You'll Do:
Capital Asset Financial Expenditure (CAFE) & Capital Rebuild Management:
Capital Justification: Assist Management team in evaluating equipment for capital rebuild needs, developing comprehensive justification and cost quotes (AFE -
Authorization for Expenditure), and preparing for presentation and approval.
Obsolescence Management: Coordinate obsolescence management, including the sale of equipment or reallocation to other locations.
Equipment Sourcing, Utilization, and Inventory:
Reporting, Data Management, and Administrative Support:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
