Job Overview

As General Manager you will oversee all operations at the site level, ensuring that team performance, facility quality, and customer experience meet our standards. You will also serve as the brand ambassador, driving sales initiatives and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage team performance.
• Maintain high‑standard facility condition and top‑line car wash quality.
• Implement local sales & marketing strategies to grow customer traffic.
• Collaborate with regional Director of Operations to achieve performance goals.
• Handle damage claims, procurement of supplies, and operational troubleshooting.
• Maintain an improved online reputation through customer reviews.
• Recruit, coach and develop staff, fostering a sales‑driven culture.
• Adapt labor scheduling to peak demands and operational needs.
• Represent the company in local outreach and marketing events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high‑volume, customer‑focused operations.
• Track record of building and coaching teams toward sales and service goals.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and online reputation management.
• Skill in labor flexing, procurement, and damage claim resolution.

Location & Hours

Full‑time role based in Knoxville, TN. Hours may vary based on operational needs and require flexibility during peak business periods.

Compensation

$52,000 – $60,000 plus a lucrative bonus program that can earn up to six figures annually.
