Associate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 years in call center/inside sales
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Knowledge of customer service principles
Comfortable with telephony and technology

Job Description: As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll be the voice of the brand, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for customers. You'll collaborate with sales professionals, manage inquiries across multiple channels, and support account and order processes. Act as a liaison by managing both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or live chat support
Ensure the best experience possible, regardless of the communication channel
Collaborate with sales professionals to deliver a high-end customer experience
Take ownership of account interactions from start to finish
Provide thoughtful, personalized responses to a variety of customer requests, including:
General inquiries
Account creation
Pricing
Product orders/returns
Billing inquiries
Payments
Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities (a great starting point for a sales career)
Contribute to team success by achieving individual and team goals and objectives
