Groundsperson

We are looking for a Groundsperson to join our team at our beautiful Sunrise Ridge Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. As a Groundsperson, you will be responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness.

Schedule Details: Full-Time; 8:00am 4:30pm including weekends and holidays.

What will you be doing?

• Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as advised.
• Maintain the property grounds, including basic landscaping, mowing, trimming, weeding and overall cleanliness
• Transport tools, materials and supplies as required.
• Removes and reinstalls trash dumpsters.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by the leader.

To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

What are we looking for?

• No experience required- we will train you on everything you need to know!
• Push/pull up to 50lbs
• Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends, and/or holidays
• Walk behind hydro mower operational experience a plus
