Private Client Banker – Oak Ridge Branch, Oak Ridge, TN

We are seeking a dedicated Private Client Banker to serve a select group of Chase's affluent clients in the Oak Ridge Branch. The role focuses on building lasting relationships, exceeding expectations, and delivering tailored financial solutions guided by the Customer Promise.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for affluent clients, managing the complete banking relationship across Chase.
• Utilize a proactive, advice‑based approach to grow client balances and generate new business through referrals and targeted outreach.
• Collaborate with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Facilitate convenient self‑service options, ensuring 24/7 access to client accounts.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing client relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in a relationship‑oriented, value‑added client acquisition approach.
• Minimum 1 year of Branch Banking or equivalent experience with verifiable success in client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements; active NMLS registration under the SAFE Act is required.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work full‑time branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

• College degree or military equivalent.
