In This Role, You Will
- Monitor and analyze system operation/utilization within the Corporate Transportation Department to provide support and recommendations that ensure daily and long‑term integrity of systems.
- Recommend product process improvements that increase efficiency and quality of work.
- Develop automation that improves efficiency of Corporate Transportation.
- Monitor RPA performance.
- Develop subject matter expertise of all transportation systems.
- Maintain master data with very high degree of accuracy and integrity across all systems.
- Respond to user inquiries regarding system health or training needs.
- Provide ongoing system testing as needed to support any technical changes made by the IT department.
- Provide expertise to other functions within the supply chain regarding transportation processes and systems.
- Develop an understanding of applicable Corporate Financial Instructions and ensure new processes and systems adhere to all.
- Contribute to an environment where all team members are respected and motivated to improve individual and team contributions to achieve required business results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of multi‑functional experience within Corporate Transportation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong process analysis and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated comfort with technical concepts.
- Comfortable in a continuously changing environment.
- Ability to work effectively and produce consistent results with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, self‑motivated, responsible, conscientious, detail oriented.
- Ability to work well under stress and handle crisis situations professionally.
- Familiarity with Blue Yonder TMS solution.
- Communicate fully with supervisors and others that have a need to know; be informative without being overbearing; communicate in a timely, prompt, complete, and concise manner.

Additional Details
Salary Range: $78,660 – $92,980 USD. Additional benefits include a target bonus and comprehensive benefits suite including 401(k) and profit sharing.
Location: Knoxville Office. Full‑time, regular employee.
