Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials for product adoption
• Actively participate in agile development teams and support agile transformation efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand technical solution needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 10 or more years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• 3 or more years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
• Travel may be required up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications
• Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions
• Strong dynamic communication skills and the ability to inspire senior leadership
• Proven relationship-building and collaboration skills
