Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
• Automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
• Ensure CRM best practices, code quality, and performance optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong command of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset)
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, or Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in mentoring or technical leadership
