What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet business needs
• Design and implement scalable technical solutions using a “configuration-before-code” philosophy
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and integrity
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and custom applications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align solutions with enterprise standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development methodologies
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration and development, including flows and user permissions
• Experience building Lightning Web Components, APEX classes, and API integrations
• Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with Salesforce solutions such as AgentForce, Data Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
• Familiarity with data integration tools and patterns
• Exposure to AI‑driven Salesforce tools and a willingness to learn about agentic AI capabilities
