Product Ops Analyst

At Smeetz, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way visitor attractions manage their sales and optimize their revenue. As a unified commerce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform powered by AI, we provide attractions such as theme parks, museums, and theaters with an all-in-one solution to effectively manage, market, and price their products.

We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we're looking for a Product Ops Analyst to strengthen our product organization. This role will serve as the connective tissue between teams, driving operational excellence, product data reliability, and streamlined processes. If you're passionate about product ops, analytics, and enabling teams to build great products, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Process enablement: Standardize how ideas move from intake ? prioritization ? development ? documentation ? release ? postmortem.
• Data & insights: Own product analytics setup, tracking taxonomies, and performance dashboards; ensure product managers and leadership have reliable, actionable data.
• Release operations: Coordinate product rollouts, release notes, internal enablement, and change management.
• Customer feedback loops: Build and manage systems to capture, tag, and feed customer insights into the roadmap.
• Documentation: Support and enforce high standards for product documentation.
• Cross-team alignment: Act as a bridge between product, support, engineering, sales, and finance; manage rituals like quarterly planning, sprint reviews, and ops reviews.
• Tooling & automation: Maintain and optimize the product stack (Jira/Linear, Intercom, analytics platforms, Appmixer, etc.).
