The senior specialist in technology business operations plays a critical role in enabling leaders and teams to operate strategically and efficiently across multiple areas of the technology organization. This position is responsible for driving clarity around key initiatives and metrics, supporting both recurring and ad hoc projects and providing high-level administrative and operational support to department leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset, strong service orientation and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, project management, technology management, information systems or other related field
5 years of strategic planning, project management or other related experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook and Word
Demonstrated experience of working effectively independently as well as collaborating as part of a team
Successful management and use of Microsoft SharePoint or similar collaboration tool(s) preferred
Work experience in or with technology engineering teams preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to interact professionally and build relationships with a diverse group of leaders, team members and vendors
Demonstrated experience taking initiative, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
Passionate about taking initiative and seeking ways for continuous improvement
