Parking Maintenance Worker

The University of Tennessee is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Parking Maintenance team. This position is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across all parking facilities. A Parking Maintenance Worker performs a full range of duties related to parking garage/lot maintenance and minor landscape maintenance and repairs. This position supports parking operations during on-campus events; signage placement, and placement of other materials. Due to events occurring sporadically, this position must be flexible as hours may adjust based on the needs of the University.

This position will primarily work outside in all weather conditions, sometimes work is performed in right-of-way areas. Maintain a neat and clean appearance. Must have the ability to handle job stress and interact effectively and professionally with members of the public. Must be honest and truthful in all tasks and responsibilities.
