Clerical Assistant for NHC HomeCare Knoxville

NHC HomeCare Knoxville is looking for a Clerical Assistant to join our team. The Clerical Assistant helps with general operations of the homecare office, as assigned by the Office Manager.Qualifications:
1. High school diploma.
2. Additional business and computer courses desirable.
3. Experience in computer data entry, accounting, related field, or general office work desirable

Position Highlights:

• According to HomeCare policies and procedures and under the direction of the Office Manager;
• Operates telephone/switchboard as assigned
• Processes incoming/outgoing mail and messages
• Assists in taking Job Applications
• Prepares assessment packets
