Job Details

Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service. Direct vehicular traffic within parking facilities. Communicate with event management and traffic control during the event, as well as before and after the event if necessary. Drop, move, and pick up parking equipment (cones, barricades, signs, etc.), as required. Understand the surroundings and event details to answer questions. Accurately distribute tickets (proof of purchase) to each customer. Expedite the traffic flow in a timely fashion. Adhere to the dress code; Uniform polo tucked in, black professional pants or shorts, and comfortable sneakers in uniform colors. Must be able to work outside in any weather condition (rain, snow, wind, heat, etc.) and be on your feet for extended periods. Must be able to work the majority of the event season.
