LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our Knoxville-based client on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting day-to-day office operations.
- Type: Temporary, Full-Time
- Location: Knoxville, TN.
- Pay: $17-$19 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining office records
- Provide support for administrative projects as needed
- Assist with billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
