Job Description: Cleaning and Maintenance Associate

Position Classification: Part-Time/ Non-Exempt

Reports To: Manager on Duty

What You'll Do

• Keep our property clean and sanitary while maintaining assigned areas around the restaurant and grounds.
• Remove trash, pick up litter, and ensure every space is immaculate.
• Perform light maintenance including replacing bulbs, unclogging drains, and aiding in minor repairs.
• Maintain shared spaces such as windows, floors, furniture, and drapes in excellent condition.
• Assist with limited grounds maintenance like mowing, trimming, and keeping sidewalks clear.
• Monitor property for safety hazards and report any issues to management.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are well-stocked and readily available.
• Adjust cleaning and maintenance tasks based on the restaurant and guest area needs.
• Support the team as needed—no task is too small to have a big impact!

What It Takes

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry up to 50 lbs, and climb or reach as necessary.
• Comfortable using basic tools and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Friendly, outgoing, team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of acting swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
