Home Improvement Service Technician (Baths • Windows • Doors)

American Home Design is hiring an experienced Home Improvement Service Technician to support our Knoxville market. This role focuses on warranty work and service repairs for our installed baths, windows, and doors-providing quality solutions and a great customer experience.

What you'll do

• Perform basic warranty service and repairs on residential bath, window, and door installations

• Repair windows/doors, including sash replacement (as needed)

• Complete minor plumbing repairs related to bath/shower installations

• Perform light carpentry, general cleaning, and related service tasks

• Occasional drywall/painting touch-ups as needed

What we're looking for

• Ability to use common power and hand tools

• Strong customer communication skills

• Solid time management and the ability to work independently

• Quality-minded, dependable, and professional in customers' homes

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

• Occasional Saturdays
