Partners Personnel Knoxville is taking applications for Assembly Associates to start in the New Year for a great facility in the Forks of the River area!
Position: Assembly Associate
Shift: Mon to Fri with OT when needed (2:45pm- 11:15pm)
Pay Rate: $15.75/hour
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
* Produce parts and/or product that meet/exceed quality requirements
* Meet/Exceed production target rates
* Pack and palletize units as per product specifications
* Perform efficient setups and changeovers as per the production schedule
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Stand/Sit for 8 hours a day
* Great attendance

Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Basic Math Skills
* Basic Problem Solving Skills
* Basic Mechanical Aptitude
