Love dogs? Already have experience working in a kennel? Barkside Lodge in Lenoir City, TN is on the lookout for an experienced part-time Kennel Technician to join our team! We're all about tail wags, clean runs, and happy pups-and we need someone who shares our passion. This position pays $15 an hour, and after 30 days, you'll get to join our generous tip pool. If your idea of a great day includes playing with dogs, keeping things squeaky clean, and making a difference in their stay-you might be exactly who we're looking for.

From boarding and doggy day camp to grooming and the area's only dedicated doggie swim center, we make sure every tail is wagging. YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a part-time role, but full-time fun for pet lovers! You must be available weekends and holidays and have open availability during the week. The dogs are here every day, so we need team members who are dependable and ready to roll when needed.

YOUR DAY

Each day will start with checking in on our four-legged guests to make sure they're happy, hydrated, and feeling at home. You'll keep their spaces clean and sanitized throughout the day-because a tidy kennel is a comfy kennel. You'll lead engaging play sessions that burn off energy and keep tails wagging, all while keeping a watchful eye during group play to ensure everyone stays safe. You'll also be tuned in to each dog's health and behavior, and you'll offer extra TLC to our senior dogs or pups with special needs. Your job? Make every dog's stay a great one.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A PART-TIME KENNEL TECHNICIAN

• 1+ year(s) of previous kennel technician experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of dog behavior, body language, and breed characteristics
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and have open availability during the week
