Job details for Laundry Loader / Unloader (Production) position:
• $16.75 / Hour
• Monday - Thursday | 7am-Finish

Job duties for Laundry Loader / Unloader (Production):
• Load and unload clean linens, uniforms, and textiles onto delivery trucks according to route schedules and orders
• Organize items by route sequence to ensure delivery efficiency and accuracy
• Verify quantities and product specs against customer orders and manifests
• Inspect items for cleanliness, quality, and proper folding before loading
• Separate and report any items not meeting quality standards for reprocessing
• Record and track inventory through scanning or manual entry systems
• Report order discrepancies, damaged, or missing items to supervision
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and follow all safety procedures
• Maintain clean, organized work and loading dock areas
• Communicate with production, quality, and route teams to resolve issues or delays
• Support special customer requests and assist other loaders during busy periods
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement efforts
• Work in a fast-paced industrial laundry environment with varied temperatures and physical activity

Qualifications for Laundry Loader / Unloader (Production):
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse and laundry experience preferred
• Wear PPE and required clothing (such as covered heel/toe shows, business-appropriate clothing)
• Must have resume and additional interview with client as well
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
