Assembly Associate

Partners Personnel Knoxville is taking applications for Assembly Associates to start in the New Year for a great facility in the Forks of the River area!

Position: Assembly Associate

Shift: Mon to Fri with OT when needed (2:45pm- 11:15pm)

Pay Rate: $15.75/hour

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Produce parts and/or product that meet/exceed quality requirements
• Meet/exceed production target rates
• Pack and palletize units as per product specifications
• Perform efficient setups and changeovers as per the production schedule
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Stand/sit for 8 hours a day
• Great attendance

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Math Skills
• Basic Problem Solving Skills
• Basic Mechanical Aptitude
