Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are always stocked. Your primary responsibilities will involve unloading delivery trucks and organizing incoming freight in the backroom. Physical strength is essential as you will be lifting heavy objects, often exceeding 50 pounds. Experience operating heavy machinery, such as forklifts, may also be necessary.
