Your Role Includes:

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Completing all training requirements, including:
• Hands-on training at various stations
• Engaging with guests enthusiastically and efficiently
• Greeting guests warmly upon entry and thanking them as they leave
• Maintaining knowledge of current promotions
• Accurately taking and processing guest orders with urgency
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining balanced cash drawers
• Keeping the work environment clean and safe
• Stocking necessary supplies and maintaining equipment
• Assisting in kitchen tasks when necessary
• Other duties as assigned to ensure operations run smoothly

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Availability to work 32 to 40 hours weekly

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously
• Occasional stooping, bending, or climbing may be required
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Effective communication skills are essential
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
• Safe operation of restaurant equipment
