BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Supports the needs of the marketing department in areas related to creative services including brand integrity, graphic design, print production, photography and videography, etc.
REPORTS TO
  • The job reports to the marketing manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Supervisory Responsibilities: NO

Number of Direct Reports:

Minimum Education: 1 year related experience in a marketing or graphic design role

Degree: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in graphic design, marketing or a related field

License/Certification Required: NO

Minimum Work Experience: 1 year

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Proficient on both Mac and PC
  • Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (i.e. PhotoShelter)
  • Basic understanding of print production such paper types, print-ready files, etc. preferred
  • Ability to take and edit photos like headshots
  • Recommended: Proficient in design software including Adobe products (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign) and Canva
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensures all forms of print and digital materials are produced according to brand guidelines
  • Maintains and optimizes Wrike, the graphic design project management platform, including but not limited to workflows, automations, reporting, etc.
  • Organizes and maintains design files in shared folders and digital asset management system
  • Submits requisitions and invoices for the creative services team
  • Assists with in-house print production such as signs, flyers, etc including emergency messaging
  • Communicates with print, photography and videography vendors to ensure assets meet brand standards
  • Maintains cross charge list for in-house printing
  • Receives, maintains and distributes materials for advertising campaigns
  • Proactively assesses incoming graphic design jobs to ensure all information is provided; reaches out to clients for clarification and additional information if needed
  • Collaborates with the Communications Coordinator to ensure consistency across campaign assets
  • Photographs and edits images as needed
  • Quotes print design projects to optimize quality and cost

  • Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 10-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required. Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending and reaching is required. Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required.
