Smokehouse Operator - $15.50

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Smokehouse Operator for a local meat company in Lenoir City, TN.

Smokehouse Operator Responsibilities:

• Check all smokehouses and chillers are in working order.
• Check the product before loading to ensure it is correct.
• Loading smokehouses to cook with the required amount based on the day's schedule.
• Tracking and documenting information needed on the chart.
• Performs work as assigned by the department supervisor.
• Must be able to work as part of a team. / Must work to safety requirements.

Smokehouse Operator Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates should have previous heavy industrial experience - lifting to 45 lbs during the shift.
• Qualified candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for 8 - 12-hour shifts.

Smokehouse Operator Shift:

• 5p start to finish.
• M-F
• Overtime if needed
