JOB QUALIFICATIONS The job qualifications for this position are: Education:
Education in administrative, medical research, statistics or related healthcare discipline preferred.
Experience:
Administrative, project and task management
Experience with virtual collaboration tools
Experience in medical research or familiarity with medical literature preferred
Basic knowledge of statistics and research methodology preferred
Prior experience working with academic or clinical research teams preferred
Skills/Abilities:
Excellent judgment, organizational, and decision-making skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with a variety of personality types;
Strong analytical skills; demonstrated experience with data analytics and presentation; Ability to create visual data displays such as charts, tables, and graphs, and interpret elements like trend lines and confidence intervals

External Job Description and Responsibilities
JOB OVERVIEW This remote part-time position (15-20 hours a week) supports the operations and communications of our growing research collaborative. This part-time, remote position plays a vital role in coordinating tasks, scheduling, and facilitating research-related communications and materials. Essential functions of this position are to be a liaison with all Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Anesthesiology clinical and administrative leaders who support the publication of clinical and operational research projects sponsored by TeamHealth clinicians.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate and schedule meetings for research teams and participants
Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Track progress across multiple research projects and maintain organized records
Create engaging and professional materials such as flyers, online posters, and PowerPoint presentations
Develop occasional content for TeamHealth's secure internal platform
Assist with organizing and summarizing data, including creating tables, graphs, and identifying trends
Support participants and research leads with communication and project tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Performs other duties as assigned.
This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, office machines (copier, scanner, and fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions. Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule.
