The ideal candidate for this position has at least five years of experience processing distributions and loans for qualified retirement plans, with at least two years working in a remote working environment. We have a nationally recognized sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide advancement opportunities for our professionals./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliReview distribution and loan packages, including vesting verifications/liliWork on more complicated distributions such as QDROs, death benefits, disability benefits, and Roth conversions as needed/liliAssist with reviewing minimum required distributions and/or ADP/ACP refunds as needed/liliConsider cyber security issues throughout review process/liliExemplify thorough understanding and interpretation of plan documents regarding distributions and loans/liliUpdate account managers, management, and plan sponsors as necessary on requests and progress/liliPursue and attain NIPAs Distribution Administrator and Loan Administrator Certificates within one month of hire/liliPerform other related duties as required/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliFive or more years of experience processing retirement plan loans and distributions/liliStrong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations specific to distributions/liliAbility to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision/liliSuperior organizational and coordination skills/liliFlexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task/liliCoachable and committed to professional development/liliKnowledge of Corbel Documents Pension Pro is a plus/liliBachelors degree preferred/li/ulh3Compensation and Benefits/h3ulliBase Pay: $55,000 - $65,000/liliSalaried, non-exempt/liliMedical, dental, disability, and life insurance/lili401(k) plan with Employer Match/li/ulh3Work Location/Hours/h3ulliWork from Home/liliMust work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer/liliWe will supply all necessary computer equipment/lili40 hour work week/liliMust work each day, Monday through Friday/liliMust work a regular schedule during normal business hours/li/ulpWe get it.
