Are you ready to make an IMPACT from day one? Nestled just outside the Great Smoky Mountains, around 30 miles North of Knoxville, in a small, quaint, beautiful town, called Andersonville, sits Norris Academy, a residential treatment facility that offers comprehensive, holistic services to youth with autism spectrum disorders, and/or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis.
Compensation Ranges: $20-24 per hour.

- Perform work orders consistent with individual skills and abilities
- Patch sheetrock, caulk, and paint to a finished appearance
- Complete general building maintenance tasks
- Change light bulbs and preform minor electrical repairs
- Maintain smoke detectors and emergency lighting systems
- Replace ceiling tiles, floor tiles, carpeting, and linoleum
- Preform other maintenance-related duties as needed
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical
- Have at least 1 year experience in facilities maintenance
