Assembly Associate

Clinton, TN Pay: $16.50 per hour Full-Time Start Date: Position begins after the New Year

Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM Saturdays required as needed based on production demands

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and motivated Assembly Associates to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and production tasks in accordance with instructions and quality standards
• Stand for the duration of the shift
• Lift up to 30 pounds as required
• Bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical duties for the full shift
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to work the full schedule, including Saturdays as needed
