Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a lead technical resource for complex die repairs and troubleshooting
• Support emergency tooling repairs to minimize production downtime
• Assist with die tryouts, modifications, and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to resolve tooling-related issues
• Identify opportunities to improve die performance, reliability, and scrap reduction
• Support new die launches and engineering changes as required
• Maintain accurate tooling repair and maintenance documentation
• Ensure proper tooling handling, storage, and preventive maintenance practices
• Uphold and promote safety, quality, and 5S standards in the tool room
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to Tool & Die Maker I and apprentices
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations
