We are seeking a highly disciplined and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role serves as the primary interface between our clientele, sales organization, and finance department, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end integrity of the order lifecycle-transitioning inquiries into fulfilled orders and secured revenue. Responsibilities

• Accurately process orders and provide confirmation to the customer with 24 hours of pricing, freight, and the expected delivery date.
• Generate and audit invoices prior to sending to the customer.
• Diligently follow up on collection of receivables and any short-payments.
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist sales with needed reports. Aid in inventory management by ensuring any excess inventory is depleted.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer database.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
