Compensation

  • $21.75 / hr base
  • $1.25 /hr shift differential

Shift Options

  • 1st shift: 7am - 3pm
  • 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm
  • 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am

Responsibilities

  • Operate and Support Automated Production Lines – Assist with operating and monitoring automated machine lines; follow standard work instructions to keep production running smoothly and safely.
  • Material Handling and Line Feeding – Load and unload raw materials and packaging components; stage materials at the line and keep flow consistent to prevent downtime.
  • Quality Checks and Basic Measurements – Perform periodic in-process checks and basic measurements to confirm products meet quality standards; document checks as required.
  • Sanitation and Work Area Organization – Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace; follow GMP and food-safety expectations throughout the shift.
  • Teamwork and Shift Support – Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors; communicate issues, support changeovers, and step into new stations as training progresses.

Requirements

  • Education – High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience – Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; paid training provided.
  • Coachability and Growth Mindset – Willingness to learn new stations, take feedback, and grow into more advanced roles over time.
  • Attitude and Team Collaboration – Positive, dependable, and respectful; able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
