Work Environment
Our Maryville warehouse is home to a team of 10 dedicated employees. You'll work under the guidance of a supportive supervisor. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. We prioritize a positive work culture and ensure our team enjoys paid holidays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate at our Distribution Hub in Maryville, TN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products to our local clients. Your daily duties will involve receiving stock from a larger distribution center, placing it into local storage, and picking, packing, and shipping products to meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Receive products from a larger distribution center.
- Place received stock into the appropriate local storage.
- Pick products according to local orders.
- Pack and ship products to local clients.
- Ensure inventory control and accuracy.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently.
- Experience in inventory management and control.
- Proficiency in picking and packing processes.
- General labor skills relevant to warehouse operations.
- Experience with loading and shipping procedures.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team of 10 employees.
