A Day in Your Role:

• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and suites, including bathrooms and living areas.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain our high standards of cleanliness in guest areas.
• Provide professional and courteous service while supporting your fellow team members.
• Keep your housekeeping cart organized and stocked for efficiency in daily tasks.
• Utilize professional cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Stay active throughout your shift as you navigate guest hallways and move housekeeping carts.
• Bring your friendly personality and strong attention to detail to make every guest feel at home.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and manage your time effectively.
• Quickly learn and adapt within a guest-focused environment.
• Restock guest room supplies, including toiletries, coffee/tea, and linens.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with laundry duties, including collecting, sorting, and transporting linens.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Engage in friendly and professional interactions with guests and team members.

Job Requirements:

• Identification verifying you are at least 18 years of age.
• US Citizenship verification is required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 35 lbs.).
• Capability to use stairs and ladders for cleaning tasks.
• A passion for satisfying the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
