7:30pm-7:30am (rotating schedule)
Full - Time | Temp-to-Hire (90 days)

Job details and duties for Production | Machine Operator:
Set up, operate and adjust the clean/prime/coat/sinter equipment to produce blades
Perform visual and mechanical tests to assure quality
Maintain necessary documentation of records/charts
Maintain clean work area and equipment
Perform finishing operations such as oiling, carton preparation, packing, etc
Provide assistance in pre-grind operations as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Production | Machine Operator:
High school diploma or equivalent
Hands-on experience in general mechanics
Must be able to read and interpret instruments and gages
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
Ability to see clearly at various distances, distinguish colors, have good peripheral vision, judge depth accurately, and adjust focus as needed.
