If you love dogs and have real experience working in a kennel environment, Barkside Lodge has the perfect opportunity for you. We're hiring a part-time Dog Kennel Tech in Lenoir City, TN, and we're looking for someone who's as committed to canine care as we are.

DOG KENNEL TECH: PAY & PERKS

This part-time role pays $15 per hour and includes participation in a generous tip pool after 30 days. This isn't just a job-it's a chance to be part of a team that believes in providing a safe, enriching, and fun environment for every pet that walks through our doors.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

This is a part-time position, but make no mistake-our schedule is full of energy. To be considered, you must be available on weekends and holidays and have open availability throughout the week. Flexibility and commitment to the schedule are a must, as our canine guests depend on us every day of the year. Your day will start by checking in on each dog to make sure they're happy, hydrated, and comfortable. Throughout the day, you'll take part in cleaning and sanitizing the facility to maintain a safe and spotless environment. You'll lead lively play sessions, supervise group play to ensure safety, and keep a close watch on the health and behavior of every pet in your care.

If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!

• 1+ year(s) of kennel tech experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of dog behavior, body language, and breed characteristics
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and have open availability during the week
