Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Communicating with vendors via email and telephone

• Vouchering vendor invoices (three-way match)

• Processing vendor payments

• Reconciling company credit cards

Accounts Receivable

• Applying payments to Customer Accounts

• Communicating with Customer via email and telephone

• Mailing out Customer statements monthly

Administrative

• Occasionally providing general administrative support for the office

Skills

Accounts Payable (1 year of experience is required)
