Altar'd State - - Responsibilities: Execute merchandising and seasonal décor to create a beautiful environment for guests; Lead visual aspects of the store including elevated product merchandising and window designs; Provide timely feedback to associates and recognize performance to drive retention; Maintain loss prevention practices to protect company assets; Oversee and manage the roll-out of floor sets, window sets, fixture placement and overall visual environment
